Sign in to Spearcatch
You need a Spearcatch account first. Log in or create a free account — it takes under a minute.

Open your Kit Bag and add a dive computer
Go to Kit Bag, choose Dive computer, and you'll see a Connect your watch card at the top of the form.

Tap “Connect Suunto”
You'll be sent to Suunto's own login page. Sign in with the same Suunto account you use in the Suunto app on your phone.

Approve access
Suunto will ask you to allow Spearcatch to read your workouts. Approve it and you'll be brought straight back to Spearcatch with your watch showing as Connected.

Your dives sync automatically
From now on, every freedive or spearfishing session you record on your watch arrives in Spearcatch as soon as it syncs to the Suunto app. When you log a catch, pick the matching session and your depth profile, dive times and surface intervals are filled in for you.

Before you connect
Which watches are supported?
Any Suunto watch that syncs to the Suunto app — for example the Suunto D5, Ocean, 9 Peak Pro, Race and Vertical. Your watch must be paired with the Suunto app on your phone so your dives reach Suunto's cloud.
A dive isn't showing up
First make sure the dive has synced from your watch to the Suunto app. Then open the session picker when logging a catch and tap Sync to pull the latest from your watch.
How do I disconnect?
Open your Kit Bag, select your dive computer, and tap Disconnect. Dives already imported stay in your log; nothing new will sync until you reconnect. You can also revoke Spearcatch's access from your Suunto account at any time.
